Strength training for women versus men
Should women and men train differently when it comes to strength training? The short answer is yes. We will discuss some key differences and similarities in strength training strategies for men and women to help optimize your time spent in the gym. Areas of difference include volume (how much), intensity (how hard), load (how heavy), repetitions (how many) and frequency (how often).
