Montage Wellness Center - Marina
This 12-week course is designed for those trying to manage their weight and is based on the most current research related to weight management.
This class uses traditional boxing exercises to improve participants’ balance, coordination, strength, posture, and execution of dual task activities.
Registration Not Required
Participants of all levels learn how to reduce their risk for heart disease, maximize fitness, and manage symptoms in a safe environment.
Medical exercise and education program for those with COPD, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, or cystic fibrosis, and before and after lung surgery.
Learn how to personally manage your asthma so you can sleep through the night, exercise without restriction, and reduce asthma attacks.
