Breathe and Stretch
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9 a.m.
Learn the correct way to breathe during the positive and negative aspects of all major functional movement patterns. We show you how to use flexibility as the bridge between cardio and strength.
Tuesday and Thursday at noon
Get ready for a challenging mix of cardiovascular and strength exercises in this high energy class using bodyweight. This class is a circuit style workouts with an emphasis on full body training requiring little to no equipment and includes modifications for those who need a lower impact option.
