What can you expect from Montage Wellness Center personal training?
Our personal trainers are here to guide and support you as you make healthy lifestyle changes. They’ll design customized fitness program for you, keep you motivated and accountable, and adjust the plan as your continue to progress so you will feel great and get the results you want.
Personal training is for you if you are:
- A beginner, intimidated by weight equipment and unsure of correct exercise technique and programming.
- Experienced and training hard, but not getting the results you want
- Interested in losing body fat
- Wanting to gain strength and muscle
- Having a hard time sticking with a program
- Bored with your current routine
- Injured or suffering from a medical condition
- Training for a special event
Packages that fit your goals
Trial (once per week/5 weeks) $299: $60 per session
Basic (twice per week/5 weeks) $549: $55 per session
Accelerated (three times a week/6.5 weeks) $999: $49 per session
