About me:

Originating from the Central Valley, I consistently competed in multiple sports at a young age. Throughout high school, track and field was my sport of choice going all the way up to regionals for the 100 & 400 meter until a crippling injury ended my spree. My focus shifted towards bodybuilding and powerlifting upon entering college. I became infatuated with muscular hypertrophy (increasing muscle size) and muscular strength placing extreme stress and tension on the muscle to force adaptations. This fascination with muscular development started me on my journey to develop my body to its maximum potential. I wanted to go to the top.

I was motivated, worked hard, and was consistent, and so, over the next few years of my collegiate career at Cal State Monterey Bay, I made tremendous gains. I developed my body so much that people from high school could not believe my transformation. However, injuries still haunted me. It seemed every time I built more muscle or added more weight to my lifts a new injury would break me, forcing me to reset and start over. Yet, I believe only positives came from my various injuries; they allowed me to be honest with myself, learn from previous mistakes, and most importantly, to more fully understand pain and recovery, enabling me to teach corrective exercise in a clinical setting.

My passion for health and fitness has empowered me, and many others I’ve worked with, to achieve a healthier and happier version of ourselves. The fountain of youth exists folks, and it starts right here, right now with consistent exercise, with good nutrition, and most importantly, with YOU!

All new members receive an equipment orientation and 1 free personal training session


Training packages are offered in 40, 20, 10 and 5 packs or single sessions.

Semi-private and group training available.

Training Sessions are 30 mins – 60 mins
